What we do with the information we have

We use the information that you have given us to operate our scheme.

We may share this information with only those involved with Home Watch and Neighbourhood Watch. We will not share with third parties without first contacting the relevant member for their permission.

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored on a secure device and on a cloud. Plus, a hard copy that is stored in a safe.

We keep your name, address, and contact details for as long you are a member of our scheme. We will then dispose your information by amending any hard copies to remove your details and then shredding the previous edition. Details on computer will be deleted permanently.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right to rectification- You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
